Konsumsi air dengan jumlah yang cukup bisa jadi kunci supaya badan selalu memiliki tenaga saat bekerja. Air yang dimakan ini tidak harus terus-terusan air putih tetapi bisa berbentuk juice, teh, atau bahkan juga kuah sup.

“Beberapa dari kita terus ada pada keadaan dehidrasi sehari-harinya. Saat badanmu sedang dehidrasi, karena itu kamu akan berasa capek dan kelelahan,” terang Alison Kole dari Summit Medical Grup.

“Konsumsi protein dan karbohidrat untuk energi yang optimal,” terang Alison.

Walaupun demikian, ada banyak makanan yang dikatakannya harus dijauhi seperti gorengan atau keripik. Ia merekomendasikan untuk pilih camilan yang semakin lebih sehat.

Sedikit pergerakan atau olahraga perlu dikerjakan untuk membikin badan kembali tambah energi. ini dapat dilaksanakan jalan ambil air, ke kamar mandi, atau yang lain.

“Kerjakan ini dengan teratur supaya badan tidak gampang capek dan jaga pemikiran masih tetap bagus. Pergerakan yang kamu kerjakan ini baik untuk otak dan untuk badan,” terang Alison.
